Undergraduate Research Symposium

Attendee Information

EVENT DAY

THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2024 | KRAFT HALL FOR SOCIAL SCIENCES, 1ST FLOOR

Members of the Rice community, visitors, and prospective students are invited to attend our annual Social Sciences Research Symposium. Projects represent all social sciences departments, and many offer interdisciplinary research partnerships across other academic schools at Rice. The symposium marks an important annual milestone for students and highlights the School of Social Sciences’ mission to foster an environment that encourages exploration, collaboration, and intellectual exchange toward shaping a future in which we can all thrive, both individually and collectively.

Request for Community Judges

We are currently in search of volunteer judges who can lend their time to evaluate the research submissions for this year's symposium. As a judge, your role is crucial in assessing the quality, methodology, and presentation given by the participants. If you are interested in contributing your time for one or more sessions, please complete the form below.
